Evaluation results will be completed within three business days.
If property qualifies for an appeal, additional documents and information may be required in the final preparation for the Appeals Process.
These may include:
- Latest Property Tax Bill
- Rent Roll as of January 1, 2014
- Income/Expense Statement – Last 2 calendar years
- For any vacant units – copy of the leasing brochure – if applicable
- Lease documents may be required.
